• Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet business objectives

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a strong ability to negotiate and overcome objections
• Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Capability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds

• Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong communication skills
• Familiarity with insurance products and services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate business demands
