Overview
Employer Industry: Educational Publishing
Compensation and Benefits- Salary up to $26.00 per hour

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
- Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for customer relationship building
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology such as Salesforce
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
- Experience in the educational publishing industry or related field
