• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
• Leverage data from Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including Harris solutions and third-party partners
• Prepare meeting materials and participate in customer engagements to support sales efforts
• Serve as a key support function for regional, industry, and corporate conferences to enhance customer relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related experience
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
• Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
• Demonstrated success in cross‑selling, upselling, or expanding within existing accounts
• Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools

• Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore its application in sales automation and process improvement
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners on joint proposals
