Tasks

Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target‑driven Business Development Executive to support our growing B2B sales operations. This role is ideal for early‑career sales professionals who enjoy cold calling, client conversations, and closing deals
, while working remotely from anywhere in India.

If you are comfortable speaking to business decision‑makers, handling high‑volume outbound calls, and working toward clear monthly targets, this role offers strong learning and earning potential.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment
  • Make 100-150 outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Engage prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client needs and present relevant products or service solutions
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships in a remote setup
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and follow‑ups in CRM or trackers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales, telesales, or inside sales
  • Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities
  • Comfortable working in a target‑driven, high‑call‑volume environment
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home
  • Graduation in any discipline preferred (not mandatory)
