Position: National Sales Agent, Direct Distribution - Personal Lines (Licensed Candidates Only - WFH)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle incoming calls/emails from prospective customers regarding property/casualty insurance
  • Write quality risk policies based on underwriting requirements and sales techniques
  • Provide explanations and recommendations to applicants regarding appropriate coverage
  • Complete necessary applications and follow up for required documents and payments
  • Contribute to team quotas by meeting individual sales goals and supporting team objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three years of related work experience in sales of property/casualty and life insurance
  • Active state licensing for property/casualty products
  • High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and insurance products
  • Ability to communicate technical insurance information effectively to customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a call center environment with exposure to multiple product telemarketing
  • Participation in professional insurance coursework
