- Contribute to team quotas by meeting individual sales goals and supporting team objectives
- Minimum of three years of related work experience in sales of property/casualty and life insurance
- Active state licensing for property/casualty products
- High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred
- Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and insurance products
- Ability to communicate technical insurance information effectively to customers
- Experience in a call center environment with exposure to multiple product telemarketing
- Participation in professional insurance coursework
