Position: GYN Sales Specialist (Washington DC)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive clinical and procedural excellence to achieve above‑market growth in the assigned territory
  • Develop strategic account plans and foster key customer relationships
  • Execute competitive defense strategies and leverage sales initiatives for market conversion
  • Engage customers on GYN disease management and patient outcomes
  • Lead market development programs and training to accelerate procedural adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience
  • OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years of field sales experience
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
  • Experience building and managing key customer relationships with decision‑makers
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth and improve market share
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., ), forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
