We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).
We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.
All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source for our high-end agents. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
