• Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations
• Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and more
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a sales‑driven environment
• Manage desk priorities while delivering timely and customer‑focused outcomes
• Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with eligibility to hold a full license in your resident state and 48 non‑resident states
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
