Aftermarket Territory Manager (Bavaria, DE) Remote - Full Time

Location: Remote (Germany, preferably near Bavaria or Austria)

Why We’re Hiring

To meet new market demands and strengthen our presence, we are expanding our CPM organization. We’re looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth in Germany across all markets—capital equipment and aftermarket solutions.

Your Role

As Territory Manager, you will:

  • Lead commercial efforts for CPM’s product line in Germany, working closely with the Commercial Aftermarket Director EMEA.
  • Grow our market share by prospecting and developing new business in oilseed, feed, and alternative fuels.
  • Manage strategic accounts and ensure alignment with global strategies.
  • Provide technical support, including equipment sizing, process evaluation, and product training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and technology offerings.
  • Report on market developments and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Process or Engineering).
  • 10+ years in sales, preferably in feed or biomass industries.
  • Proven experience in the German, Swiss, or Austrian markets.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter with a track record in technical solution sales.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%).
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Residing in Germany (with work rights), ideally near Bavaria or Austria.
