What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Prospect, pitch, and close advertising opportunities with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate collaboration across internal teams to optimize fill rates for digital and print advertising
  • Engage with editorial teams to align offerings with current healthcare trends and support lead generation
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for Amplity’s medical communication solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical communications, publishing advertising sales, or pharmaceutical marketing
  • Proven track record of success in selling digital and print advertising or similar promotional solutions
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to exceed revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital advertising metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working with healthcare clients, particularly in Oncology
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical sales cycle and client personas in Medical, Marketing, and Market Access
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align solutions with client business objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
