• Direct and oversee the sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Navy account domain.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Navy market.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development.
• Manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate product value.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility.
• Deep understanding of US Navy procurement processes and relevant military applications.
• Solid understanding of US DoD funding and procurement cycles.
• Must have clearance at the SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months.

• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field.
• Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience.
• Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges.
• Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions.
• Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution.
