Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities using consultative sales techniques
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations
  • Conduct pre‑sales calls and demonstrate products using web-based tools
  • Engage and maintain relationships with customers to promote product usage and revenue growth
  • Accurately log sales activity and customer information in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
  • Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
  • Strong negotiating and sales process skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College Degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly in negotiation scenarios
  • Experience with accurate sales forecasting
