- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations
- Conduct pre‑sales calls and demonstrate products using web-based tools
- Engage and maintain relationships with customers to promote product usage and revenue growth
- Accurately log sales activity and customer information in Salesforce
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
- Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment
- Strong negotiating and sales process skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce
- College Degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly in negotiation scenarios
- Experience with accurate sales forecasting
