- Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers
- Manage inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities using consultative sales techniques
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals through effective negotiations and product offerings
- Demonstrate online products during pre‑sales calls using various web‑based tools
- Gather and log sales information and customer activity accurately within the CRM system
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
- Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment
- Strong sales process and negotiating skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably
- College degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation abilities
- Experience with accurate sales forecasting
