• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call-backs
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and following up on open quotes
• Promote the employer's value proposition and additional coverages to small business owners
• a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities effectively
• Handle inbound sales calls and manage outbound communications to close sales

• Strong natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Goal-oriented and focused on metrics
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and computer skills

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
• Competitive nature and strong desire to win in a sales environment
