- Manage territory effectively, planning and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Provide education and training to clinical end users and hospital staff
- Gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and ensure prompt resolution of technical and product issues
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience, OR
- Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years of field sales experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of hospital or medical sales experience
- Clinical experience or background in clinical sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
