• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling callbacks
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and following up on open quotes
• Communicate the employer's value proposition, including coverage options and billing models
• Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities effectively
• Balance inbound sales calls with outbound communications to close sales

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience preferred
• Familiarity with Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) skills
• Experience in a sales or customer service role within an insurance context
