- Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and agility
- No cold calling required; focus on inbound sales calls and customer engagement
- Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Call center experience preferred
- Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience a plus
- Goal-oriented with a focus on metrics and performance
- Outstanding organization, time management, and computer skills
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
