• Manage daily work activities confidently and efficiently to support a high-performing sales culture
• Handle inbound sales calls alongside outbound and email communications to close sales

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
• Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
• Goal-oriented and metrics-focused mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
• Previous experience in a sales role within the insurance industry
