• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Background in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to achieve results.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty).
