• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of successful experience in the residential Title/Real Estate industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to adapt strategies to changing conditions

• Experience in negotiating and influencing client decisions
• Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in real estate
• Proven ability to effectively deliver presentations to diverse audiences
