- Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states of Washington, New Mexico, Nevada & Utah. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

Job DetailsAs an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
- Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
- All computer equipment is provided. Work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary for this role depends on factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects market value and opportunities to progress. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings as described in the compensation plan.
