  Remote Working - Home Based (WFH)

  Permanent, Full Time
• Salary: £24,500 base salary & up to £700+ bonus per month on average
• Hours:
  
  37.5 per week
• Shifts:
  
  Outbound roles - Monday to Friday, shifts between opening hours of 9:30am - 7:00pm (Mon - Thurs), 9:00am - 5:30pm (Fri);
  Inbound roles - Monday to Sunday, working 5 days per week, 8:00am - 8:00pm

• Making outbound calls to customers / taking inbound calls from customers
• Building rapport and fact finding
• Dealing with warm calls looking at up selling products
• Win backs from lapsed customers
• Contacting existing customers when their contract is coming to an end
• Working to targets

• 12-month minimum of targeted sales experience
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• A professional and confident manner
• Able to work remotely.
