What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.
  • Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
  • Represent the employer brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
  • Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-from-home requirements.
  • Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales.
  • Excellent communication abilities for engaging with prospects and customers.
  • Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
