• Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage options and pricing
• Prepare and bind quotes through various insurance carriers
• Effectively problem‑solve and handle objections to facilitate customer policy purchases
• Engage in attentive, high-energy conversations with customers to identify policies that best fit their needs

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others, particularly in a customer service context
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
• Availability to work weekends and evenings as required

• Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with personal lines of insurance
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or quotas
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
