We are growing and need the right people to drive that growth.
The RoleWe are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Contract Sales Manager to grow our contract business in the USA. This includes sales to large-scale hospitality, residential development, institutional, and commercial projects, as well as management of our existing network of Contract rep groups.
Tala has an established US entity and a fulfilment center in Atlanta with stock ready to ship. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing key contract customers, developing relationships with architects, designers, developers, and procurement teams, and leading a network of contract sales agents across the region.
We want doers—someone who can hit targets, use data to drive performance, and work the sales process efficiently. You should be comfortable managing complex project pipelines, negotiating large-volume deals, and motivating external agents to deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow Tala’s contract sales across hospitality, residential, and institutional sectors.
- Build and manage a national network of contract sales agents, ensuring alignment with company goals and consistent sales performance.
- Identify, pursue, and secure major contract opportunities with developers, hotel groups, architecture and design firms, and procurement specialists.
- Nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners, delivering excellent service and driving repeat business.
- Provide leadership, support, and training to the contract agent network to ensure brand consistency and high conversion rates.
- Own the CRM—log all activities, track project pipelines, and use data to forecast and improve performance.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to support project specifications and strengthen Tala’s positioning in the contract market.
- Represent Tala at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations to promote the brand and generate new business.
- Proven sales experience in B2B lighting, furniture, or a related industry.
