Responsibilities
  • Driving Sales: spearheading the sales of our innovative technological solutions in your sales area (Andalusia)
  • Consulting: acting as a business and tech consultant to analyze and understand your client’s business challenges in detail
  • Showcasing: promoting and giving demos of EGYM’s solutions in the assigned sales territory and generating new business opportunities through cold calling and visits, and converting them into sales in a highly professional manner
  • Business Cases: creating and presenting business cases, offers, and concepts for a wide range of clients
  • Events: organizing and executing regional sales events with the support of our Marketing team
  • Reporting: responsible for a regular sales reporting (using Salesforce) directly to our Country Director
Qualifications
  • Professional

    Experience:

    at least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy preferably with a technological background, including a successful track record in selling solutions and consultant services
  • Fitness Industry: prior commercial or financial role or manager of a sport, fitness or health center and a deep understanding of economics and business model design
  • Results: highly motivated and result‑driven, looking to shape the future of the fitness and health industry and create and grow your customer network
  • Structure: highly structured in daily work and first experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Communication: passion for digitalization and very good communication skills (fluency in Spanish and solid level of English – spoken and written)
Training goals for the first 6 months
  • CRM Knowledge: confident management of the customer database with CRM
  • Product Demonstrations: perform at least 4 demonstrations per week
  • Events: help promote and organize at least 2 trade events in your region
  • Close Sales: complete at least one full sales process
