About The Role We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing company specialising in IT product and service sales. This is a confidential vacancy managed by a recruitment agency, offering an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in generating new business and supporting company growth.
Responsibilities- Carrying out outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
- Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assessing their suitability.
- Arranging meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintaining and updating the Hub Spot CRM with accurate lead information and activity notes.
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and company offerings.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the IT / SaaS industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently engage with prospects.
- Proficiency in Hub Spot CRM software (or similar) for efficient lead tracking and management.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
