Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Account Manager
Cannock (Office-based with 1 day WFH)
Hours:
8:00am – 4:00pm
£26,500 basic + quarterly performance bonus
Bee Construction Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Account Manager to join our Cannock office. This role is ideal for someone with sales, customer service, or account management experience who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment, focusing on relationships, growth, and repeat business rather than aggressive cold sales.
The roleYou’ll be trained to manage a warm desk of existing clients, supporting them with their recruitment needs and learning how to grow accounts over time.
- As You Develop, You’ll Learn How To
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and upcoming work
- Increase placements within existing accounts
- Introduce additional roles or services where appropriate
- Support clients as their business grows
You won’t be thrown in at the deep end — you’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities- Supporting and managing existing client accounts
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients and candidates
- Learning how to identify opportunities to grow accounts
- Advertising roles and speaking with candidates
- Coordinating placements and aftercare
- Contributing to quarterly company growth targets
Quarterly bonus structure

What we’re looking for- Background in sales, customer service, account management, or recruitment
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates
- Construction experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
- £26,500 basic salary
- Quarterly performance bonuses
