Collections Specialist

Location: Kilmarnock Town Centre (Potential Future Home Working Available)

Salary: £24,570 per annum in line with Real Living Wage

Hours: Full-time. 37.5 hours per week.

As a Collections Specialist, you’ll join a dynamic, target-driven team that values energy, ambition, and a positive work environment. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public, negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, making appropriate recovery and legal action decisions.

What We Offer: (N.B. Permanent Staff)

• Competitive salary - £24,570 basic salary per annum in line with Real Living Wage
• Flexible Working – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) on a shift rota. A sample shift rota:
  One late shift 10:00am to 6:30pm, 2 shifts 8:30am to 5pm, 2 shifts 9am to 5:30pm and one in four Fridays 9:30am to 6pm.
