Fast Track Mortgage Adviser Academy (12 Month Commission Guarantee included). An outstanding opportunity to commence a long-term career in Financial Services becoming a full time, fully employed, CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser working for one of the UK’s leading mortgage providers, with home-based working once you have completed your first 16 weeks of office-based training.

Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser

• Telephone-based role focusing on provision of quality advice and sales to customers.
• Contact customers, secure appointments and progress mortgage and protection applications with the support of Adviser Support Teams.
• Write in excess of 16 mortgages with protection each month and maintain motivation, discipline and organisation.

• Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure: during the first 16 weeks of training, basic salary plus guaranteed commission up to £30K per annum.
• From month 4 to month 6, basic salary plus guaranteed commission up to £30K per annum.
• From month 7 to month 10, basic salary plus guaranteed commission up to £32.5K per annum.
• From month 10 to month 16, basic salary plus guaranteed commission up to £35K per annum.
• From month 17, £25.5K basic salary plus unlimited commission, with a realistic OTE of £45K+.

• Post training salary: from month 4 of employment, guaranteed additional monthly commission with tiered increases over the following 12 months; realistic OTE of £50K+ in the 2nd full year with benefits and promotional tiers.

• CF1 & CF6: full financial support for CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including study materials and exam entry costs.

• Location:
  
  initially office-based for the first 11 weeks at the Academy Centre in Birmingham with free onsite parking; remaining 5 weeks remote, with remote working continuing once qualified.
• Working hours during training: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; zero planned holidays during the 16 weeks.
• Post-training: pattern includes a mix of 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM and 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday; no weekend work required.
• Timeline: immediate interviews.

• A strong desire to work in Financial Services, particularly mortgages and protection.
• Strong track record in customer service and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Organised with a disciplined and structured work approach.
• High competence with IT and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
