Experienced Senior New Business Telesales Executive
This is initially a commission only position with flexible hours.
For the right candidate there is the chance to move to a lucrative base salary with generous commission after around 6 months.
Realistic OTE £30 £ 35k FTE.
Home-based Flexible hours
If you're looking for less hours or a more flexible schedule then we are also open to a more flexible, lucrative commission-only position where you can choose the hours you work based on the clients you bring on.
The Role
Are you a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales As a New Business Telesales Executive at World Options Ltd, you'll play a crucial role in generating new business by selling a comprehensive range of courier and logistics services. This position entails lead generation, cold calling, discovering customer needs, and ultimately closing deals to contribute to our growth and success.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in B2B telesales or similar sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Resilience and determination to achieve targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to work.
- Experience pitching / negotiating / objection handling.
- Familiarity with logistics and courier services is advantageous.
