This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member, based in Chesterfield with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying prospective customers, and driving business revenue through effective sales strategies. The role also involves demonstrating the value of Tensh Pro, managing leads through the sales cycle, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Collaboration with internal teams and providing exceptional service to clients are essential elements of daily responsibilities.
- Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
- Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and present solutions to meet client needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools, with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience or understanding of compliance, safety, or technical software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Customer-focused mindset and demonstrated problem-solving abilities
