Key Role Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to meet or exceed gross profit targets.
  • Prepare competitive quotes and secure special pricing using deal registration and procurement channels.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation through to order fulfilment and vendor engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, services, and evolving technologies.
  • Use internal systems efficiently to manage sales processes and documentation.
Key Attributes Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to consistently generate at least £10,000 in monthly gross profit.
  • Solid understanding of IT procurement processes, vendor pricing models, and quoting platforms (e.g. Stock in the Channel).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self‑motivated with excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple sales opportunities.
