How the Academy Works

You’ll progress through structured phases:

  • Months 1–3:
    Training, shadowing & foundations
  • Months 3–6:
    Technical enablement & certifications
  • Months 6–9:
    Running supported sales cycles
  • Months 9–12:
    Managing your own territory & targets
Throughout the Year You’ll Have
  • One to one coaching
  • Mentoring from experienced sales professionals
  • Peer learning sessions
  • Access to an on demand training library

At the end of the academy, you’ll graduate into a full SMB Account Executive role with real earning potential and a clear pathway to grow your career.

  • Profiling of new SMB and commercial accounts to understand the share of wallet opportunity
  • Identification and qualification of leads
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management through consultative approach
  • Upsell and cross-sell IT solutions within the client portfolio and existing technology partners
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and service teams to design solutions
  • Pipeline & forecast management by maintaining accurate reporting, via the companies CRM
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets
