• Selling luxury travel services in German
• Keeping in touch with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meeting KPIs and targets
• Managing a high volume of outbound calls/emails, optimising the sales process
• Communicating with decision makers

• Minimum of one year experience in a sales role
• Experience in travel and/or hospitality is a plus
• A proactive, target‑driven mindset and passion for premium travel
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)

• Base salary + uncapped commission and excellent benefits
• Hybrid working – 4 days in office, 1 from home (plus up to 2 weeks remote work per calendar year)
