Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our fantastic Workplace Drug Testing (WDT) Sales team based out of our Midlands site in Tamworth. If you are passionate about a rewarding career in Forensic testing and want to use your expertise to its full potential, then this is a great opportunity to join a well-established and successful market leading company with over 30 years’ experience in providing Forensic Services to the Police forces of England and Wales, as well as other commercial organisations and public sector bodies.

The role is hybrid, based primarily at our Tamworth office, with a requirement to work on site with customers when needed. The successful candidate will be expected to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week, unless travelling for customer visits. Remote working is available for the remaining days, in line with business requirements.

It is a truly exciting time to begin or continue your career with our first-class business, as a Sales Executive, you will contribute to growth of the company through client acquisitions, cross selling opportunities, customer retention, new contract opportunities and potential tenders with the ultimate aim and objective to increase customer sales.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be expected to drive new customer acquisition, be comfortable with cold calling and be comfortable to present to customers on technical topics and understand the service USPs and how these link to customer’s own business requirements. You will be accountable for achieving growth and meeting sales targets by successfully undertaking business development activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a minimum 2 years’ experience of sales roles in a B2B environment, along with a demonstratable track record of successful delivery of sales targets is highly motivated, enthusiastic and possesses the competence and team spirit to support others and contribute to a positive culture. Here at EFS integrity and customer focus is at the heart of everything we do, being driven to exceed customer expectations, and promotes the voice of the customer would be a distinct advantage and will see you excel in this role.
