This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Armagh,Dublin or anywhere in between with flexible work-from-home options. The Sales Specialist will manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales proposals, providing training to clients on available solutions, and managing the sales process effectively. The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and contributing to the company's sales strategies.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management in the construction industry.
• Experience in providing Training to clients or teams
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet sales targets
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge or experience in the powered access or equipment hire industry is an advantage
• Driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
