Cold Caller Remote

Empires Media is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps US companies generate high-intent leads.

We’re expanding our UK cold-calling team and are looking for disciplined, hungry appointment setters who want to be paid purely on performance, with uncapped upside and recurring income.

This role is 100% commission-based.

£23 per Qualified Discovery Call Booked

• Paid for every qualified meeting that is booked and attended
• You earn immediately
  , even before a deal closes

5% Recurring Commission on Client Lead Spend

• You earn £36 per lead for every lead the agency generates for clients you set appointments with
• You set the appointment
  , the agency closes and delivers
  , and you earn recurring commission from that client's success
• This is monthly, recurring income
• Paid for as long as the client remains active
• As goodwill, if you leave the agency, we continue paying your commission for an additional 3 months

Example:

• 3 of your booked appointments become clients
• Those clients receive a total of 300 leads per month
• You earn 10% recurring commission
• Using the same example above:

• Cold calling US companies (training & scripts provided)
• Confirming interest and eligibility
• Logging calls and outcomes in CRM
• You own your schedule
• Fully remote
• Weekly team call for coaching

If you can book quality meetings, you’ll get paid very well. If you can’t, this role won’t hide it.
