The Role:

Sales Development Representative
This role exists to support senior sales and consulting teams by initiating outbound conversations and securing qualified meetings with decision-makers. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying interest, and booking meetings, acting as the first point of contact in the sales cycle. The position is designed for entry-level to early-career sales professionals looking to grow within a structured, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • 0–2 years of outbound sales, telesales, call centre or SDR experience in a phone-based role
  • Conduct outbound calls to senior business and IT decision-makers
  • Present a clear and professional value proposition over the phone
  • Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria
  • Book and confirm qualified meetings in the calendar system
  • Accurately capture call outcomes and prospect details in the CRM
  • Follow call scripts and sales guidelines while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Work towards weekly and monthly meeting-booking targets
  • Support lead generation activities via Linked In and social media, where required
About You
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Access to a Windows-based computer, headset or microphone, and a stable internet connection
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
  • Motivated by performance-based incentives and clear career progression opportunities
Compensation and Progression
  • Consistent performance can generate additional monthly earnings beyond base salary
  • Opportunity to progress into account management or consulting roles
  • Advanced roles include exposure to closing sales and managing client relationships
  • Commission opportunities are available for individuals who progress and close their own deals
  • Typical sales deal values range from mid to high five-figure sums and above
