About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Energy Storage Sales Manager to drive commercial and industrial energy storage solutions across European markets. This remote role focuses on developing direct sales channels and delivering customized energy storage projects.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop high-potential C&I energy storage clients across Europe
- Build and maintain strong direct sales channels and customer relationships
- Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract signing
- Analyze customer energy patterns and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized storage solutions
- Achieve sales targets and manage pipeline using CRM systems
- Monitor European energy policies, market trends and competitor activities
- Serve as key liaison between customers and internal teams
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in European energy markets
- Proven track record selling complex, high-value energy solutions
- Background in energy sector (solar, storage, energy management, power equipment)
- Deep understanding of European energy markets and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- Self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Based in the UK (NO VISA SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE)
