OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s international sales team. This role is integral to expanding market reach by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective clients that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving business growth within the digital marketing and paid search sector.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, industry directories, and digital channels.
- Conduct targeted outreach (email and telephone) to senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Arrange introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their challenges and positioning tailored solutions.
- Manage all opportunities within the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and meeting targets.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business development, ideally within digital marketing or online marketplaces.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo).
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and challenges related fraudulent activities online.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn.
- Inquisitive, with a genuine interest in understanding client industries and business models.
