Location: Home-based / field-based

Territory: Kent, South East London fringes & surrounding areas (candidate must live within the territory)

Package: Competitive base salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Car Allowance + Fully Expensed Travel + Laptop, Phone, Pension

Our client is a globally recognised dental implant manufacturer with a strong clinical reputation and ambitious UK growth plans. Kent and the wider South East represent a strategically important growth region, with a strong base of private practices, referral clinics, and implant-focused clinicians.

This is a senior field sales role with full responsibility for developing and growing a high-potential Kent & South East territory.

You will represent a premium dental implant portfolio
, working closely with private practices, referral centres, and established implant clinicians. The role requires true ownership of the territory, with a strong focus on relationship depth, case conversion, and long-term account development.

• Proven dental implant field sales experience (essential)
• Established relationships within Kent / South East dental markets highly advantageous
• Track record as a consistent top performer in a competitive territory
• Polished, credible, and commercially driven
• Comfortable operating autonomously while engaging at clinical and business-owner level
