About the Role

As a New Business Consultant at iiaa, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our four pioneering skincare brands. This hybrid position combines the flexibility of working from home with the excitement of field-based client engagement. You will take full ownership of the new business journey—from identifying and nurturing leads to converting them into high‑value, long‑term accounts.

You’ll be responsible for delivering against ambitious KPIs, including account openings, revenue growth, and brand adoption. Your ability to communicate persuasively, negotiate effectively, and follow up with precision will be key to your success. This role requires a high level of energy, creativity, and commercial awareness, along with a passion for professional skincare and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect via calls, emails, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Book and prepare for virtual and in‑person presentations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all leads, actions, and outcomes are logged.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and align brand solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, clinic professionals, and decision‑makers.
  • Support onboarding in person, ensuring a smooth and confident start.
  • Represent iiaa at trade shows, industry events, and activations to generate leads.
  • Work with the Field Sales Director to ensure brand packages are competitive and profitable.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled negotiator with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills (Prezi/PowerPoint) and confident delivery.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and digital productivity tools.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
