Sales Conversion Consultant

Base salary plus uncapped commission

Eastley Estates is hiring a Sales Conversion Consultant to help convert warm investor enquiries into committed clients.

This isn’t cold calling. You’ll be speaking with people who have already shown interest, your role is to qualify, follow up properly, and close in a confident, professional way.

This is a long‑term opportunity with strong earning potential for someone who enjoys being measured on performance and results.

• Speak with prospective investors via phone, email, and video calls
• Qualify leads based on investment goals, readiness, and financial position
• Clearly explain Eastley Estates’ investment process and expected returns
• Convert prospects into booked investor consultations and signed agreements
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Working closely with the team to ensure a smooth onboarding once a client commits
• Share feedback on common objections and conversion challenges
• Represent the company in a professional and investor-focused manner

• 3 to 5 years experience in sales or consultative conversion roles
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients
• Strong communication and objection‑handling skills
• Comfortable working in a commission‑driven role
• Experience using CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
• Background in property, investment, finance, or high‑value services
• Experience working with UK clients or within the UK market
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

Conversions 11 to 20: £150 each
