Manager, Sales

This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams and maintaining strong professional relationship with clients.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen global reach.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage Financial Advisers while monitoring team performance.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and implement development plans.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Independently generate and manage your own client portfolio.
• Analyze clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Set sales quotas, evaluate progress, and analyze sales performance data.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven experience managing sales teams in a corporate environment.
• Prior leadership or managerial experience (insurance or related fields preferred).
• Demonstrated success across the full sales cycle, from planning to closing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial and insurance products.
