You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through high-quality lead generation, outbound prospecting and sales execution. This is a senior-level SDR role with real influence, you’ll not only generate and qualify opportunities but also mentor other SDRs and help shape prospecting strategy across the business.
Key responsibilities- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities
- Build targeted prospect lists and engage decision-makers
- Use a multi-channel outreach approach (phone, email, Linked In, social selling)
- Manage and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges
- Book high-quality meetings and demos for the senior sales team
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for activity, meetings booked and pipeline
- Complete partner agreements, onboarding, and order forms
- Manage the launch and onboarding of new auction customers
- Deliver customer training
- Mentor and support others SDRs, sharing best practice
- Previous experience in sales, business development or lead generation (B2B preferred) is essential
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hub Spot)
- Previous mentoring or coaching experience is desirable
- Relationship-focused with strong commercial awareness
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
