what you’ll be doing:
  • As an Account Director, you will be working with the most promising, pre‑qualified prospects
  • Engaging and qualifying executive‑level prospects using a consultative, relationship‑driven approach
  • Keeping your pipeline, records, and process sharp so you don’t just hit targets—you smash them
  • Collaborating with a team that’s scaling fast, especially in the US, and always open to new ideas and feedback
  • Working US hours of 1pm‑9pm or 2pm‑10pm 4 days of the week and 1pm‑5pm on a Friday
What makes you a great fit?

You’ve got 1–3 years closing experience (AE, BDM, telesales closer, or similar). You've demonstrated you are a top performer and have a proven track record of exceeding targets. You’re resilient, coachable, and hungry for both financial rewards and rapid career progression.
