This role puts you at the centre of how we win major contracts and accelerate our B2B growth. As our Tender Specialist, you’ll lead high‑value bids from start to finish, spotting opportunities, gathering insights, shaping standout narratives and delivering competitive tender submissions that elevate how Screwfix shows up in the market. You’ll also build a central tender hub packed with smart tools, templates and reusable content that transforms how the whole business responds to opportunities.

Working closely with senior leaders across B2B, Commercial Ops and Category teams, you’ll influence strategy, refine how we win, and turn our strengths into compelling stories that land major contracts. This is a role where your ideas matter, your expertise is visible at board level, and your work delivers clear, measurable commercial impact, giving you ownership, influence and the chance to shape the future of our growth.
