Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR
Pay: £17.32 per hour (including holiday pay) + additional avg. OTE of £1k‑£1.5k+ per month
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Remote working: Remote working with travel to the company HQ approx. 1 day per quarter (and more if needed)
We are recruiting for a family run, close knit team in a growing area of health and well‑being who offer a range of scientifically aligned training programmes both locally and internationally, through live webcasts run from their offices, as well as comprehensive online learning options for diplomas and continuous professional development (CPD) courses.
Key ObjectiveThe key objective of this position is to drive growth within the company through new student acquisition for our main diploma course.
Role Responsibilities- Drive student acquisition for the main diploma course.
- Own a client base generated via various marketing activities and lead course admission/discovery calls with prospective students.
- Provide expert knowledge of the best course pathway for the client.
- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of diploma course clients from an extensive database of leads.
- Maintain a sales database to record all activities.
- Manage online chats via the bespoke system.
- Proven experience of consultative sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Quick learner of bespoke CRM systems.
- Knowledge of web chat systems.
- Ability to build and manage the relationship with new leads, in order to nurture future sales potential.
- Work closely with the support team, fellow members of the sales team and the wider UK team of coaches.
- Contribute to the development of new propositions and offerings.
- Have an easy flowing conversation style both on phone, video calls and in text and email.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
