White Horse Employment is partnering with a long-standing client in the fuel and lubricants distribution sector to bring two exciting N
ew Business Development Manager opportunities to market. Both roles involve managing existing customers while driving new sales across a range of sectors, including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-Road.

• Field-Based – Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Coventry, Birmingham, and Worcester
• Field-Based – Gloucester and surrounding areas

• Provide excellent customer service to existing customers
• Grow repeat business and multi-sales opportunities
• Build and manage a portfolio of new customers
• Approach customers across multiple sectors using a range of communication methods
• Submit orders with reference to price lists
• Plan and organise daily work schedule
• Tailor sales presentations to customer needs
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Achieve agreed targets
• Attend occasional industry shows

• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience
• Previous experience in fuel/lubricant or related industries desirable, but not essential
• IT literate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, resilient, and commercially aware
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to lead effectively
